The edit
to prevent non-unit reimbursement request for select non-unit services
has been implemented in ARMS.
If a Non-Unit Reimbursement Request is keyed for a month where no service
total exists for the month,
ARMS will return an error message “No Provider
Client Service Total Record Found.”
The Search
ARMS Client mandatory and exact match criteria have been changed
to
allow users more flexibility in searching ARMS for clients that may
have a different spelling in CNDS.

ARMS
use of CNDS letter to DSS
Due to the Implementation
of CNDS changes to the Client database were made
Unfortunately these changes have caused the ZGA-541 Report Series to
ERROR out for previous Fiscal Years such as 2007-2010.
The
ZGA-541 Report Series have been updated to
display the new Ethnicity totals by category. Note that
the total for Unreported is large because pre-CNDS there were
only two choices Hispanic or Non-Hispanic.
As Client data is updated with the correct response for
Ethnicity, this number will display a more accurate total

If ARMS does not display
properly in Internet Explorer 8,
click on the "Compatibility Mode" icon.

The icon is to the right of the address (URL) bar, just to the

The Compatibility Mode icon looks a bit like a page that has been
torn in half.
