State/County Special Assistance (SA) training session documents are listed by the most recent dates they were presented and by topic. They are in pdf format. The PowerPoint presentations are provided in the trainer and the trainee version. All examples with questions are provided with and without the answers.

When viewing the PowerPoint slides if there are “notes” for a particular slide, those can be viewed by using your mouse to hover your cursor over the “call out” icon in the upper left hand corner of the slide.

These materials were prepared by the DAAS SA Program Representatives to train County DSS staff to correctly administer the SA and SA In-Home (SA/IH) programs. Materials will be replaced/updated as policy and procedural changes require.
