Refer to DAAS-08-06 Administrative
Letter for reporting changes for State Fiscal Year 2009 with
the Family Caregiver Program.
- The
Special Eligibility issues with Family Caregiver
service codes have been fixed. Please let us know if you
continue to have problems.
- Regions have keyed Provider Budgets,
therefore,
users can start keying Service Unit Totals for the month of July. Not all
Family Caregiver Budgets have been added to ARMS. There are still
some issues with Family Caregiver in adding a Care Recipient Please note that
if services are not available to add to
a Client
the provider budget may not have been added to ARMS
- The Verify Button Back has
been added back to Service Totals Screen
- A
feature to remove Clients from SRWs is now available

Avoid using the Internet
Browser Back Button when
keying data
Problems with rounding on the Reimbursement Reports
still exist but amounts will not be reimbursed over allocations.

If users get
a message that "Internet
Explorer cannot display the webpage" it
may be a firewall issue. Users
or their tech person should call the help desk for assistance
with opening the necessary port to resolve the firewall issue.
- New users should not contact the Help Desk
for access to ARMS. Request for new users must be sent to the Area Agency
on Aging before users will be approved to have an account set up to use
the new system. If users contact the Help Desk they will
refer them the Division.
- Users are to call the help desk at 919-855-3200
option 2 to have their password reset if they cannot login to the
WIRM Portal. The password changeme will no longer be used to reset
password.

Client Master Lists are
available for download. Note that some data may be missing
due to client migration and/or clients not being updated
to the new DAAS-101.
The waiting list
from the old ARMS failed during the data migration to the
new ARMS. Therefore, a complete waiting list is not available.
