The language count on the ZGA-204 Report Series and the ZGA-541-6
are not calculating correctly for some users.
We are finding that duplicate clients may be one of the issues.
It may take several weeks to troubleshoot and fix these reports.


Before adding new clients to ARMS, please do a thorough search on 4-digit ID,
then again on last name.  Compare 4-digit ID, full name and date of birth. 
You may also need to view the client record to compare addresses. 
Taking these extra
steps will help prevent duplication.

  3. New users should NOT contact the Help Desk for access to ARMS.  Request for new
    users must be sent to the Area Agency on Aging before users will be approved
    to have an account set up to use ARMS.  If users contact the Help Desk they will
    refer them back to the Division of Aging and Adult Services.

  4. Users are to call the help desk at 919-855-3200 option 2 to have their password reset
    if they cannot login to the WIRM Portal.
