North Carolina Division of Aging and Adult Services

   

The N. C. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will make the Keys Amendment Requirements for fiscal year 2008-09 available for public review and comment during the period of December 8-12 at the State office listed below.

The Keys Amendment concerns the 2008-09 summaries of standards for medical facilities (those not certified by Medicaid or Medicare) and non medical facilities where a significant number of SSI recipients reside. The names and addresses where interested individuals may obtain further information about full standards, enforcement procedures, waivers and violations will be available.

Written comments will be accepted at the Division of Aging and Adult Services State office or through e-mail at: keys.amendment.comments@ncmail.net
