North Carolina Division of Aging and Adult Services


The N. C. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will make the Keys Amendment Requirements for fiscal year 2014-15 available for public review and comment during the period of December 1-5 at the State office listed.

The Keys Amendment concerns the 2014-15 summaries of standards for medical facilities (those not certified by Medicaid or Medicare) and non medical facilities where a significant number of SSI recipients reside. The names and addresses where interested individuals may obtain further information about full standards, enforcement procedures, waivers and violations will be available.
