The N. C. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will make the Keys Amendment Requirements for fiscal year 2012-13 available for public review and comment during the period of November 13-19 at the State office listed. The Keys Amendment concerns the 2012-13 summaries of standards for medical facilities (those not certified by Medicaid or Medicare) and non medical facilities where a significant number of SSI recipients reside. The names and addresses where interested individuals may obtain further information about full standards, enforcement procedures, waivers and violations will be available. Written comments will be accepted at the Division of Aging and Adult Services State office or through e-mail at: keys.amendment.comments@dhhs.nc.gov The public is invited to review these documents on the dates noted above, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the following location or by using the links below: NC Department of Health and Human Services To view the documents you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer.
