UPDATE:
DHHS Secretary Lanier Cansler has suspended mandatory cost reporting for the Adult Care Home providers. This suspension affects the 2009-2010 Adult Care Cost Report which would be due on December 31st 2010 and the current cost reports for the PCS Cost Report and settlement. The current Adult Care Cost Report along with any required Agreed Upon Procedures (AUPs) that was due on December 31, 2009 still must be filed if it hasn’t already been done. The Office of the Controller strongly encourages providers to keep current systems in place to keep up with your cost report information so a cost report can be filed as soon as the suspension is rescinded.
