Budget and Administrative Support

The Budget and Administrative Services Support Section is responsible for fiscal management of the DHHS Office of Controller’s (OOC) authorized budget, monitoring and security administration of the North Carolina Accounting System (NCAS) and various sub systems and web applications, and administrative services to OOC functional sections. Administrative services include data entry, purchasing, facilities management, time and leave administration, human resource process support, supply and contracts management, answering calls, processing mail and special needs. The section also provides ad hoc support to DHHS divisions, public information reporting requests, and participation in division wide special projects.
