The deadline for comments on the Spring 2015 petitions and comments is 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below.

March 4, 2015: The Council will conduct a public hearing on statewide issues related to development of the North Carolina Proposed 2016 State Medical Facilities Plan immediately following the business meeting.

March 20, 2015: Deadline for receipt by the MFPB of written comments regarding petitions or comments submitted by the March 4th deadline on statewide issues related to the development of the North Carolina Proposed 2016 State Medical Facilities Plan.

August 14, 2015: Deadline for receipt by the MFPB of written comments on petitions or comments submitted by the July 29th deadline regarding adjusted need determinations or other issues arising from the Proposed 2016 State Medical Facilities Plan.
