The North Carolina State Medical Facilities Plan is an annual document which contains policies and methodologies used in determining need for new health care facilities and services in North Carolina. The plan also contains background information on the North Carolina State Health Coordinating Council, on the annual planning cycle, and general policies related to implementing the planning cycle.

The following plans are available to view, print or download free of charge. For the first time, printed copies may be purchased on-line with a credit card. Or you may choose to complete the respective order forms and return it with payment to receive a printed copy.
