This unit is responsible for the Kirby, Hoey and One Bank of America Plaza Offices in the following areas:

Facilities Management

  • Maintenance, repair, renovations, and safety coordination
  • DMA motor fleet management for field and on-site staff vehicles
  • DMA records retention for State archives and McBryde storage
  • Recycle and shred of documents for the Division
  • Facilitate I.D. badges for permanent and temporary employees

Telecommunications Administration

  • Voice over Internet Protocol set-up (VOIP)
  • Analog Lines (Fax Lines)

Fixed Asset Management

  • Tag, track and inventory fixed assets
  • Surplus furniture and equipment disposition

Mail Management

  • Receive and distribute mail to all building locations
  • DMA forms storage and distribution for the counties
  • On-site office supply inventory for distribution within the Division
