Innovations in American Government AwardCommunity Care of North Carolina (CCNC) is one of seven winners of a prestigious Innovations in American Government Award, presented annually by the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. CCNC, which provides a "medical home" to more than 725,000 Medicaid patients statewide, won the 2007 Annie E.
