Mental Health Residential Treatment Cost Reports

Clarification of Cost Reporting Requirements

  • For any fiscal years starting on or after July 1, 2008, all Residential Treatment providers will be required to file the Mental Health Cost report with the DHHS Office of the Controller.

Announcement

DMA and the DHHS Controller's Office are suspending mandatory cost reporting for providers of enhanced mental health services, community based personal care services, adult care home personal care and special care services, CAP/MR-DD services, and residential treatment facility services.
