The Director's Office is responsible for the overall administration of the Division.

In addition to supervising the senior management team, the Director also supervises the Assistant Director for Information Technology and HIPAA, the Program Manager for OMMIS, and the Director's Office Administrative Staff and Human Resources.

The Chief Business Operations Officer leads the ADs for Finance Management and Budget, as well as the Strategic Planning, Assessment and Research Team (SPART) team and Regulatory Affairs (State Plan and NC Administrative Code).

The Chief Clinical Operations Officer leads the ADs for Provider and Recipient Services, Clinical Policy and Program Integrity.

The Chief Medical Officer leads the AD for Managed Care (CCNC), Chief for Quality Evaluation and Health Outcomes, and provides leadership for the Medical Director and Dental Director.
