Visitor Parking: Use visitor parking lot directly behind Adams Building.
The One Bank of America Building in Downtown Raleigh is the location of the offices of Program Integrity, Hearings and Program Application Monitors (on the 8th floor, Suite 8000) as well as the Audit Section (on the 9th floor).

Note: Visitors must enter all of these offices through the DMA main entrance on the 8th floor.
Visitor Parking: There is a parking deck at the corner of Wilmington Street and Cabarrus Street. Visitors will have to pay for parking. The parking deck is right across from the One Bank of America building on Wilmington St. in the Convention Center Parking Deck. The One Bank of America building is the 16-story red brick building right beside the Civic Center. Bank of America is also located in the building.
The offices of Provider Services, Recipient Eligibility, Eligibility Information System, Claims Analysis and NC Health Choice are located at the Hoey Building on Dorothea Dix Hospital Campus.
