Medicaid Annual Reports provide narrative and statistical information on the NC Medicaid Program for each state fiscal year (July 1 through June 30 of the following calendar year). Each report highlights that year’s major accomplishments, describes the population served by the program and provides data on services and related expenditures. The reports also describe the administration of the program, including activities under contract and carried out with our partner agencies. Each report contains that year’s federal and state legislative/regulatory mandates as well as all conforming policy changes implemented by the Division.
