Deaf Services

The Division of Services for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing serves customers who are Deaf, regardless of their mode of communication: American Sign Language, Sign English, Cued or Oral. Services in this program are geared to meet the very specific needs of Deaf individuals in achieving equal access, effective communication and a better quality of life.

What Services Are Provided?

Who can get our services?
All individuals who are Deaf, their family members, agencies and organizations that serve them, and individuals interested in learning about Deaf issues, may ask for our services. There is no charge for most services.
