Announcements for HR December 2, 2008: Please remind the employees within your respective agencies that they will receive two W-2 statements, one generated from the Central Payroll System and another from the new system, for the 2008 work year. The BEACON HR/Payroll System W-2s will be mailed directly to each employee from the Office of the State Controller, whereas W-2s generated from the Central Payroll System will be sent to the appropriate employing agency for distribution to employees.
