• When an action goes to the wrong person in workflow, we have the ability to access the workflow tracker on any PCR to see who received it. Follow these steps:
  • Use transaction code ZPAA076-Employee Action Request
  • Enter PCR #
  • Click the "Display" icon (eyeglasses)
  • Click the "Services Object" icon
  • Click "Workflow"
  • Workflow Overview
  • Scroll down to Workflow Tracker link to see full list workflow log
  • Click on people icon
  • See which person in the list clicked on the action

• SHIFT DIFF EXPLANATION

  1.) With the new system (BEACON) there is no longer a 15% or 30% shift differential rate that shows on the check stub.

  ***Example: If you are an employee that normally gets 20% for weekdays & 30% for weekends, your 20% shift diff is calculated for all hours released. If any of those hours were weekend hours, an additional 10% is added. (If you work Wednesday thru Sunday and your off days are Monday and Tuesday, you will be paid your weekday shift diff for the entire week. You will be paid an additional percentage for the 16 weekend hours.)

  Please note that shift differential is only paid on hours released by the supervisor/time administrator. If time has not been entered, approved, etc, released shift differential cannot be paid. Payroll normally cuts off on or around the 20th of each month. Please refer to the payroll calendar for exact cutoff dates for each month.

• As we are trying to figure out why someone people do not have access to certain org units or simply their accesses stopped, one of the things that you can do is check what SAP thinks your people should have.

  Go into PO13 and type in the position number.
  Go to Relationships and click the Overview icon (sun over mountains)
  You can see all the access and what org units there are.
