WHICH GUIDE AND WORKPLAN FORM SHOULD I USE?

• For those in a NON-BANDED position (i.e., a salary grade position), use the Workplan Guide and its associated forms and references.

• For those who were previously career banded (Law Enforcement, IT or Social Research Associates) and who have had BANDED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING, use the Banded Workplan Guide and its associated forms and references.

• For those who were recently banded (Nursing, Engineering, Librarians, Business/Accounting, and Pharmacy), but who have not yet received BANDED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING, use the DHHS Workplan Guide and this amended WORKPLAN FORM for the current workplan cycle. For the ’09-’10 workcycle, these employees will use the standard DHHS form but will NOT use the Dimensions page. You may use your current workplan and delete the Dimensions page. The Overall Summary Rating would be based on the Key Responsibilities Results only.
