| Through the facilities
of Pierce Insurance of Farmville, NC, American Heritage Life is privileged
to make available two of its voluntary insurance products to the employees
of DHHS. They are voluntary accident insurance and voluntary disability
income insurance. The voluntary accident insurance program provides
benefits for covered off-the-job accidents. The disability income plan
pays if you are unable to work because of a covered accident or sickness. |

Personnel Coordinator. They will then be forwarded to Pierce Insurance
