Course Description
This is a course for anyone who wants to implement four basic principles to boost morale and improve results as taught by the world famous Pike’s Place Fish Market. These four principles are called FISH! Philosophy. The four principles are:
- How to have fun at what you do
- Be totally present for your customer
- Make your customer’s day
- Choose your attitude
