DHHS seeks diverse, highly qualified applicants, including interns and co-op students, to the NC DHHS workforce.
The recruitment section can help you recruit for hard-to-fill positions, particularly those in direct health and medical care services. We partner with sections of DHHS to improve individual recruitment services and career counseling. We support participation in job fairs, enhanced media and marketing campaigns, and networking with professional organizations.
In addition to direct training, we facilitate merit-based employment, job placements for employees returning from worker’s compensation, and job placements for employees separated by Reduction in Force.
