Customer Service for Supervisors and Managers

HR Classes Offered to DHHS Employees

This four-hour course covers the basic principles of good customer service. This class is geared toward supervisors and managers.

General Course Objectives

Participants attending this course will learn:

  • Tips for creating a customer service culture
  • Behavior that employees are expected to deliver, both with external customers and their coworkers.
  • Tips for mentoring their employees so they can deliver the best customer service.
  • Importance of internal customer service.

Supervisors and Managers (required)
