Community Support Information
Community Support Steering CommitteeAdults and children/adolescents who are receiving Community Support services will need to be transitioned from this service. We have formed a Community Support Steering Committee composed of providers, consumers, family members, other interested stakeholders, and representatives from both the DMA and the DMH/DD/SAS to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.
The Community Support Steering Committee Meeting Schedule is as follows:
