NC-TOPPS can provide specific reports upon request. In order to do that, enough data must have been turned in on enough consumers so that any report would not identify individual consumers. Identifying individual consumers is a breach of consumer confidentiality rules and regulations.

Statewide and LME-specific reports describe who the consumers are, where they live, their issues with substance abuse and/or mental illness, service needs, supports, barriers and family issues. Outcomes are measured through individual interviews with them during treatment by interviewing consumers at admission and after 3 months of treatment. (Matched) Outcomes are determined by comparing the results of the two interviews.

SFY or FY = State Fiscal Year | CY = Calendar Year
