NC-SNAP Data Collection Software

NC-SNAP Home

The NC-SNAP data collection software was updated to a web based application in September of 2007. The application is password protected, and it is only available to LMEs. As such, provider agencies are required to forward all completed NC-SNAP assessments to the LME for keying. Assessments are not considered complete until they have been keyed into the NC-SNAP web based application. If NC-SNAP assessments are not forwarded to the LME as required, an examiner’s certification can expire after fifteen months of inactivity. Once certification is inactivated re-certification is required.
