CABHA Reports
The following reports have been developed to assist in planning for and facilitating a smooth transition for individuals who are currently receiving Community Support Team (CST), Day Treatment (DT), Intensive In-Home (IIH), Community Support Child (CS Child) and Community Support Adult (CS Adult). In addition, these reports include all Medicaid-funded services by age/disability group (i.e., Adult MH, Adult SA, Child MH/SA). These reports are updated periodically. The header information in each report indicates the timeframe for the data reported.
Service Continuum of Certified CABHAs and Providers at the Verification Stage
This report verifies the array of services for which providers are enrolled based on information in the DRIVE provider enrollment database. This report contains three sections (use the bookmarks to move from one section of the report to another):
- The Service Continuum Report - This region in which the CABHA site is located or proposed to be located (for providers at the verification stage), the core services provided, those services that can only be provided by a CABHA (i.e., CST, DT and IIH), the MH/SA services provided by age/disability group and other services provided, including Targeted Case Management.

Current Authorizations Report
This report indicates the number of individuals with authorizations for CS Adult, CS Child, CST, Day Treatment, Intensive In-Home, Targeted Case Management-MH/SA, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and selected inpatient and outpatient services.
This report is taken from the ValueOptions Service Authorization Report. The Current Authorizations Report contains four sections (use the bookmarks to move from one section of the report to another):
- Summary Report - This report indicates the total number of individuals with current authorizations for the above services and is broken down by county, LME and region. Statewide totals and subtotals appear across the top of this sheet.
- Number of Individuals That Are Authorized to be Served by CABHAs - Providers are listed by county and LME where county refers to the recipient's county of Medicaid eligibility -- not the county where the service is located.
- Number of Individuals That Are Authorized to be Served by CABHA Applicants at the Verification Review Stage - Providers are listed by county and LME. County refers to the recipient's county of Medicaid eligibility.
- Number of Individuals With Authorizations That Are Currently Being Served by Providers That Have Not Applied to Become a CABHA (non-CABHA) or Whose Application Is In Process But Has not Reached the Verification Review Stage).
The LMEs are coordinating the transition process at the local level. Consumers and providers should contact their respective LME for assistance.
