Consumer Perception of Care Reports
The Consumer Perceptions of Care reports provide information on the quality of care in each LME’s catchment area over a five year period, based on the perceptions of individuals and families who have received mental health and/or substance abuse services. The Division and LMEs gather this information annually through the Consumer Perception of Care Survey. Adults ages 18 and over, youth ages 12-17, and parents of children under 12 years of age complete the confidential surveys, in English or Spanish, at their provider agencies during a two-week period each year.
