ICCHP members sworn in

Left to right: Teresa Pell, Dr. Stephan Kiefer, Phyllis Cochran Johnson, Denise Neunaber were sworn in by Judge Paul Gessner as members of the Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs on July 20 during a regular meeting of the council.

The Interagency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs (ICCHP or Council) is an advisory group created to advise the Governor and the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services on issues affecting persons who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The Council is charged with providing recommendations for joint and cooperative efforts to better meet the needs of the homeless residents of North Carolina.
