Graphic Support

Whether publications need just a little polish or a creative overhaul, the Graphic Arts Unit in Public Affairs can give publications a professional look, at no cost to the asking division or office. Please note that the Graphic Arts Unit does not manipulate contracted 3rd party files for liability reasons.

Prior to graphics assistance, all projects should have a completed PA-2 form (see publication review) with appropriate approvals, submitted to Public Affairs. All text should be in the final stages of editting and submitted in Word, a text file or PDF format. The final document should also include the required items for DHHS print materials.

Graphics can provide the following services:

  • Publication Design: We design brochures, plans, annual reports, online publications, and other publications.
  • Print Ads: We can help you with promotional incentives, including items such as shirts, pens, and notepads.
  • Logo/Identity: To request assistance with logo development, please download and complete the Logo Request Form.  Once completed, submit the signed form to your PIO in the Public Affairs Office.
  • Exhibit/Display: We can provide consulting and/or design for displays.

In addition to these design services, the DHHS Graphic Arts Unit can assist with print planning and pricing.
