Click on above line, select "Open it" to download and start WORD, or select "Save to disk".

DSS-1571 Electronic Upload Preparation Program INSTALL (5.7meg) - (DSS1571.exe)
(If you have installed the program before, skip down to the UPDATE section below.)
Click on above line, unzip the file, choose "Save" and select the C:\TEMP directory. Once the download has completed, use Windows Explorer and navigate to the C:\TEMP directory. Double-click the file 'DSS1571.EXE' and follow the directions presented. The Icon titled "DSS1571 Preparation Program" will be added to your desktop.

DSS-1571 Electronic Upload Preparation Program UPDATE (1.5meg) - (UPDT1571.exe)
If you have the program installed, you then need this UPDATE, which was changed on 1/14/2004.
Click on above line, unzip the file, choose "Save" and select the C:\TEMP directory. Once the download has completed, use Windows Explorer and navigate to the C:\TEMP directory. Double-click the file 'UPDT1571' and the program will update your installation of the program in the C:\DSS1571 directory.
