Offers services to people who are deaf or hard of hearing by providing technology and assistance that helps people achieve equal access, effective communication and a better quality of life.

Vision Loss

Offers employment services, independent living services, a residential Rehabilitation Center and medical eye care specifically for people who are blind, visually impaired or deaf-blind.
