March 16, 2018 -- Beginning April 1, DHHS and other state employees will no longer be able to access cloud services like DropBox, Google Drive and iCloud on the state network without an approved exception.
The change is to ensure state employees using secure cloud storage are complying with state security and privacy requirements.
A full list of cloud storage services that will be blocked can be found here.
DHHS employees who must use these storage services for a business need can submit a request for an exception to their Division Security Official.
