The Draft 2024-2029 Strategic Plan for the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services (DMH/DD/SUS) shares our Division’s mission, vision, guiding principles, priorities, and goals for the next five years. Before finalizing the plan, we are posting it for public comment and look forward to receiving your feedback.

The Draft DMH/DD/SUS Strategic Plan was developed in collaboration with internal and external partners and has been previewed in many settings over the last six months, including our monthly Side-by-Side webinars, meetings with the State Consumer and Family Advisory Committee (SCFAC), and discussions with providers and LME/MCOs.
