MEDIA ADVISORY — The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services will host a webinar on Wednesday, May 8, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., to discuss the new NCDHHS Community and Partner Engagement Initiative with North Carolina community members, partners and leaders. The public, media and interested organizations are invited to participate in the discussion.
NCDHHS launched the Community and Partner Engagement Initiative earlier this year, guided by a directive from Health and Human Services Secretary Kody H. Kinsley, to address ongoing health disparities and needs within North Carolina communities. NCDHHS continues to deepen its collaboration with communities, listen to their insights and engage in intentional and inclusive partnerships. The diverse voices of North Carolinians help to inform and advance NCDHHS’ work and policies.
