Recovery Resources
In a disaster, there is no right or wrong way to feel. Having the resources to prepare, respond, and recover from a disaster is important. It is important to find healthy ways to help weather the storm and cope during these difficult situations. There are multiple ways people can reach out for help:
- Call 911 for emergency assistance
- Call 211 for local resources
LME/MCO Recovery Resources
Local Management Entity/Managed Care Organizations (LME/MCO), provide support and resources for mental health, substance use, intellectual/developmental disability, and traumatic brain injury. If you need help, contact your local LME/MCO.
