Learning and Development

Learning and Development is a key part in growing and sustaining a high performance and service oriented workforce. We help to develop and support the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) employees in facing the demands of the ever changing business environment and meeting the expectations of North Carolinian's citizens.

Many instructor led training, online classes, webinars and other learning opportunities are available to DHHS managers and employees. Many can be accessed through the NC Learning Center.
