They must start with their local VR office and become eligible for VR services. The VR counselor will complete the referral packet that is sent to WorkSource West.

You must be at least 16 years of age to receive training at WorkSource West.  

There is no cost to enroll in WSW training programs. 

When someone successfully completes their training program, we want them to return to their community with the goal of going to work. If the client is unsuccessful in achieving their goal for employment in their selected training area, returning to WSW for a different training may be a feasible option. 

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, our requirements include:

• No weapons
• No verbal or physical threats
• No aggressive behavior
• No harassment
• No property damage
