Disaster and Behavioral Health Resources Communications Toolkit

NCDHHS’ Disaster and Behavioral Health Resources Communications Toolkit includes disaster-specific tips and resources for North Carolinians, information on how to navigate stressful events and where to find mental health support. The materials also offer disaster resources for people living with a disability or as a caregiver, and how to access care if you struggle with substance use. You can use the toolkit to learn safety guidance and help others do the same.

Social Media (downloads as .zip folder): Social media posts that can be used to share information on how natural and man-made disasters impact mental health and provide resources to help (Available in Spanish, Mandarin and Arabic).

This ZIP archive contains several files. To open them, use a computer. Download the ZIP file. Then, right-click the file, select "Extract All" (Windows PC) or "Open With" > "Archive Utility" (Mac), and follow the prompts.
