- Save the letter as a PDF file and attach it into your email or web communication portal.
- Healthcare Providers Advocacy Letter: The National Association of the Deaf has provided this advocacy letter that you can print out or the weblink copy and pasted into your email to your healthcare provider. This letter will ensure that your healthcare provide understands their obligations to provide effective communication for your healthcare appointment and it is recommended that you include it along with the Communication Accommodations Request Letter.
