Referral Process
All Wright School referrals must be screened by the Managed Care Organization (MCO) which is responsible for determining whether less restrictive local resources are more appropriate before making the referral.
Follow these steps to ensure a complete referral packet:
Download and complete either the:
- Wright School Online Referral Form (cannot be submitted electronically – must print and submit to MCO)
- Wright School Referral Form (print and fill out by hand)
You will need to provide the supporting documents listed on the first page of the referral form when you submit the application.
