Data Resource Center
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) has published the Health Disparities Analysis Report to identify key health disparities where it sees the greatest opportunity to make a significant impact over the next three to five years. The Department is committed to measuring and monitoring the state's progress in eliminating health status gaps and disparities experienced by historically marginalized populations. NCDHHS offers a range of services, programs, and resources specifically designed to address these identified disparities. Additionally, the Office of Health Equity, as part of the Health Equity Portfolio, is focused on amplifying actions and solution-seeking strategies aimed at reducing health disparities across the state.
