The North Carolina Division of Social Services (NCDSS) Monitoring Plan document describes the protocol the NCDSS will utilize in carrying out its subrecipient monitoring responsibilities. This plan serves as the manual for implementing the Division's subrecipient monitoring policy. This plan is applicable to all units and individuals within NCDSS that have a role in subrecipient monitoring as identified in this plan.
